Rosso di Montepulciano, Vino Nobile, Vino Nobile Riserva.
First course (Pasta – Lasagne, Pici with Ragu al Vino Nobile or similar)
Second Course (depending on the season: wild boar stew, braised Chianina fillet, Cinta Senese in Crust … etc.).
Vin Santo accompanied by dessert.
